Welcome to the Gardner Public Schools’ Registration Page. Registration is for new families only; current GPS students do not need to re-register. Before beginning the registration process, please be sure to have the following documents digitally available for upload, as they are required to register

  1. birth certificate
  2. immunization record
  3. physical form
  4. proof of residency (unless school choice)

During the course of the registration process, you will also be asked to download, review/fill out, sign, and re-upload multiple documents. If you are unable to print documents to sign, please contact the school to fill them out in-person or via mail. If you have specific questions regarding your school or student, please contact the school directly.

If your child is entering preschool, please fill out the Preschool Pre-Registration Form prior to entering the registration site.
