The Gardner Water Department is performing an extensive Fall Water Hydrant Flushing Program throughout the City. As the Water Distribution System is flushed, surrounding areas/businesses and homes may experience periodic loss of water pressure and/or water discoloration. The water supply may take several hours to clear after the flushing ends. Flushing will begin in the areas from Elm Street towards the downtown area during the week of October 23rd.
